Why Live in Brook Heights

Brook Heights is a neighborhood on the outskirts of Cuyahoga Falls, with homes far enough away from major highways that cars can rarely be heard. Still, with parks, retailers and Downtown Cuyahoga Falls a short drive away, residents can easily access the city’s amenities. The vast Cuyahoga Valley National Park is about 3 miles away, with trails that hikers, mountain bikers and horseback riders can use. “It is an unbelievable amenity,” says Diana Colavecchio, director of community development for Cuyahoga Falls. Long driveways lead to attached garages. Most of the neighborhood was built in the latter half of the 20th century, with homes including ranch styles, split-levels and Colonial Revivals. There are some new traditional houses in the southernmost part of Brook Heights. Prices typically fall between $290,000 and $400,000. The market moves fast in the area, with homes
