Douglass Township covers a large swath of Berks County, with the north and south ends of this rural community possessing their own characteristics. Homes typically sell for $200,000 to $600,000. Douglass Village is a 55-plus area with manufactured homes from the 2000s that usually go for $200,000 to $300,000. The CAP Index gives Douglass a crime score of 2 out of 10, lower than the national average of 4.
