"It checks all the boxes for homeowners. It's safe, it's got great schools, and it's walkable to restaurants and parks." Downtown Minneapolis is 8 miles away — about a 20-minute commute in the morning — and Saint Paul is roughly 17 miles west along Interstate 94. In Morningside, suburban comfort blends with small-town charm on the outskirts of the Twin Cities. According to Lindor, "Morningside is a
