South Parks, a couple of miles from Downtown Flint and the Flint River, is an older neighborhood on the city's south side. Interstates 69 and 475 are adjacent to the north and west, respectively. Some homes in South Parks date to the early 1900s; newer ones are from the 1980s. Bungalows, ranch-style homes, split levels and Cape Cods are some options.
