This is a wonderful historic building from 1867. It is the heart of downtown Franklin, PA. Our 10 apartments are on the 2nd floor and most were built as new construction in 2008, 2012 and 2023. They have new windows, upgraded kitchen appliances, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, custom cabinets, ceiling fans and more.
