Washington Park features an eclectic collection of ranch-style homes from the 1970s. The neighborhood has also seen an 8% increase in home prices since 2023, due in part to an increasing number of fresh renovations hitting the market. Units in this 55-plus community are generally under 1,000 square feet and range from $100,000 to $200,000, which is slightly more affordable than condos in neighboring Hillcrest. The complex is filled with amenities, including pools for each building and paved walking paths.
