Tucked away in the far northwest outskirts of Houston, the Berkshire subdivision is a quiet residential community that was developed and built out during the early 21st century. Properties in this neighborhood include a mix of single-family homes and apartment complexes. Berkshire is home to a mix of single-family New Traditional properties and a handful of condominiums towards the neighborhood's southern end; just under 30% of residents are renters.
