It’s hard to live in Kansas City and not be a Kansas City Chiefs or Kansas City Royals fan. Luckily, Vineyard Northwest residents can drive less than 4 miles to the Harry S. Truman Sports Complex to cheer on their favorite team. “Kansas City has been undergoing major redevelopments in the past 15 years. The city will probably vote to move the Kansas City Royals to a new stadium downtown and build a sky park,” Galbrecht says. Even if the team moves downtown, Vineyard Northwest residents will have a short drive to see their favorite baseball team play.
