Fairway Village is a classic 55-plus community in central Largo, half an hour from the beach and close to tons of recreation. “Largo has more of a local feel, not super touristy like it is in Clearwater or St. Pete,” says Jenn Cook, a Coastal Properties Group Realtor with over two decades of real estate experience.
