Kings Manor is a small collection of mobile home communities, including Kings Manor Estates and Ranch Mobile Park, and a few streets of single-family houses toward the eastern side of Largo. Each of these West Central Florida communities has its own amenities, and people often choose to live there for its affordability and convenience. “It’s near a lot of arteries — a lot of restaurants and malls, parks, things like that. You can get to things very quickly,” says Maryann Spearman, a real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty who has sold homes here for 15 years. “It’s probably 10 or 15 minutes from the beaches.
