A pop of green in Peccole Ranch
With 46 acres of tree-lined walkways that connect properties with local amenities, Peccole Ranch is one of the greenest neighborhoods west of Las Vegas. “The most unique quality is the trails. There are miles of walking and biking paths throughout the parks and neighborhood,” says David Gavri with Realty One Group, who has lived in Peccole Ranch since 2018. Outside of the Las Vegas Valley, Peccole Ranch is surrounded by similar neighborhoods, such as Summerlin and The Lakes, but it offers residents similar private-community perks on a smaller scale. “The community is pretty close. We have a park and tennis courts that are popular for socializing and a clubhouse that is a common spot for private parties,” Gavri says. The variety of home sizes and prices, local recreation and amenities, shopping nearby and easy access to the 215 freeway, make Peccole Ranch a sought-after home base west of Vegas.

A lot of people in this area, especially teens, seem to find jobs they like working in grocery stores, retail stores. A lot of the adults up her have high praying jobs working in law offices, dentists, and other profitable businesses like that.

Every house I've seen here has been super unique from the inside to the outside. As of right now, there are a lot of vacant properties which is a little weird to see, but I feel like it's getting better.

The weather here is beautiful. It's pretty much always sunny with a clear sky. Yes, it hot, but I'd much rather have that over -30 degree weather!
