The neighborhood features around 1,200 homes, primarily bungalows, cottages, and American Foursquare styles, dating back to the early 1900s. Clinton is adjacent to the University of Nebraska's main campus, which can lead to increased traffic on game days. The area is well-connected with bike lanes linking Penzer and Lintel parks, and the StarTran bus service running through the neighborhood.
