It’s a pretty cool sight to see.”

Occasional newer builds with six bedrooms or duplex buildings with multiple units can fall around $900,000.

The Albany Main Street Station
Although Periwinkle is a car-dependent neighborhood, some sections are walkable, and bike lanes share the main roads.
