Retro ranch homes reign in Grundy Cooper
Ranch homes built in the 1960s and ‘70s are the dominant style in Grundy Cooper, but contemporary homes with two-car garages can be found in the Old Towne subdivision. Properties typically offer at least a quarter-acre of land. “Most of the older homes are in pretty good condition. They’re very well maintained, they’re just dated,” McDaniel says. “You’ll see a lot of mature trees in the neighborhood, especially crepe myrtles.” Vintage homes typically range from $120,000 to $175,000, while recently constructed homes sell for $250,000 to $325,000. “For its location, it’s a very reasonably priced neighborhood,” McDaniel says.Shopping and dining on Coliseum Boulevard

Plaza 28 shopping center counts an Anytime Fitness, Sport Clips and nail salon.
