Hunters Grove is an established, walkable neighborhood
Home to Grace Christian School, Hunters Grove is a quiet, walkable Alexandria neighborhood close to shopping and dining. It’s bordered by Jackson Street and Versailles Avenue, two of the city’s main commercial thoroughfares, and just 4 miles from downtown. “Hunters Grove is adjacent to Charles Park, which for the last 50 years has been one of the more upscale neighborhoods in Alexandria. You get the implied relationship with Charles Park. Homes there keep their value,” says Rick Beck, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty who grew up in Alexandria. “It’s an established neighborhood. There are kids who grew up there, went away, and moved back with their own families. Many times, you’ll see multiple generations in that neighborhood.”
