Brick houses with multiple bedrooms are common in North East Allen
The sprawling suburban streets of North East Allen are populated mostly by cottages and Modern Traditional houses. “Mostly you’ll find brick homes, largely two-story – this is a neighborhood with a lot of kids, so multiple bedrooms tend to be important,” says Abigail Davis, Realtor with Compass Real Estate, who has 9 years of experience in the area. “A lot of them would have been built between the 1980s and the 2000s, so they’re very kitchen-forward, and they have backyards big enough for pools or trampolines.” Prices for smaller homes range from around $250,000 to about $620,000, scaling based on lot size and number of bedrooms. The largest Modern Traditional builds, however, can fetch prices between $615,000 and $1 million, depending on square footage, lot size and build year. Some of the most recent constructions can reach almost $1.5 million.
North East Allen has a CAP Index Crime score of 2 out of 10, lower when compared to the national average of 4.
