Closer to home, the community’s namesake park has been renovated to make it larger and ensure its infrastructure. It is home to several elementary schools and Palo Duro High School. “Martin Road is conveniently located in the city on Route 66 and close to Interstate 40,” says Taylor Mangiameli, a Realtor with Wellborn Real Estate, who was born and raised in Amarillo. “It’s not the most sought-after place in the city, but it does have accessible price points and is near downtown.”
