Brick ranch-style houses and bungalows range from around 900 to 1,300 square feet. While some properties are from the early 2000s, most homes were built in the 1940s and 1950s. It's not moving nearly as fast as it was over the last three years.”

South Lawn is part of the Amarillo Independent School District (AISD), which gets 67uuan A-minus on Niche, and serves around 30,000 students.
