Northeast Anchorage is in a convenient part of town. “Especially if you don’t have a vehicle, it’s pretty close to everything,” says Paul Lambert, a Realtor at Herrington and Company, LLC, with 25 years of experience. The neighborhood is about 6 miles from downtown and close to major employers, like Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Ways to get around include:
