Within a few miles of the largest college stadium in America, Michigan Stadium, the South Maple neighborhood of Ann Arbor is a football-loving community with proximity to some of the most well-regarded schools in the state. Westgate Shopping Center is under a mile from most area residents, featuring big box names, like TJ Maxx and Kroger. Lawton Elementary, which earned an overall A from Niche and was ranked number 43 out of the 1,635 elementary schools in the state. Drivers have the ease of Highway 94 hugging the community's western border, and if they're headed into downtown Ann Arbor, they only have a 3-mile journey east.
