Residential community within reach of Michigan Stadium
Within a few miles of the largest college stadium in America, Michigan Stadium, the South Maple neighborhood of Ann Arbor is a football-loving community with proximity to some of the most well-regarded schools in the state. "You can feel the energy on the ground from thousands of fans in the stadium on football Saturdays," says Realtor Dawn Yerkes of Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel. "Many people come from out of town for games and even move here to be close to the excitement."

Other condo communities include Maple Meadows and Pinelake Village. New-age townhomes afford three bedrooms and nearly 2,000 square feet for price tags around $450,000. A few detached bungalows and cottages from the 1950s and '60s offer moderately wooded lots with a bit of space from neighbors for prices between $250,000 and $450,000. The streets in the community are lined with sidewalks and crosswalks so locals can safely walk to the park or the store.
