Contemporary townhomes and single-family homes
North of Ashland Street are multiple townhouse communities, mostly built in the late 1990s and the early 2000s. “The town slowed down development in the 60s, 70s and 80s, so you won’t find many dated subdivisions,” Whitaker says. Wingspread Park, an all-ages manufactured homes community, has properties that cost between $100,000 and $250,000. In the southern end of Croman Mill along Tolman Creek Road, prospective homebuyers can find bungalows, Craftsman and ranch-style single-family homes on tree-lined streets; most homes range between $500,000 and $800,000. Future Croman Mill communities are expected to feature a mix of luxury apartments, townhomes and single-family homes in a series of planned subdivisions.Oak Knoll Golf Course established in 1927
