There are lines around the block,” says Stratton. “Their biscuits are great.” Digging into dishes like the Truck Stop Benedict – a biscuit slathered in sausage gravy and topped with poached eggs and fried chicken – is probably not what the doctor ordered. But 100% of tastebuds will applaud the choice. And there are trails aplenty for a walk after breakfast in the adjacent park.
