Bell Hill Terrace is a southwest Atlanta community of mid-20th century homes and newer townhouses built in the late 2010s. “It’s a historically Black community with well-maintained homes and long-standing neighbors, where retirees or children often take over their parents’ houses," says Lori Hanes, a Realtor with Keller Knapp Realty and lifelong Atlanta native. The neighborhood sits between two schools in B-rated Atlanta Public Schools, all offering the International Baccalaureate World Program at every grade level. Ben Hill Terrace is primarily residential and just a short drive from parks and shopping centers like Camp Creek Marketplace.
