Residents have access to the Southside Beltline Trail, part of the larger Beltline project set for completion by 2030. Grant Park is home to Zoo Atlanta and has undergone improvements from the Grant Park Conservancy, including a new entrance and planted gardens with azaleas and oakleaf hydrangeas. Nearby, Boulevard Crossing Park, once an industrial field, is now a space with large soccer fields and a picnic area.Historic living near Southside Beltline
Boulevard Heights has long been home to residents who appreciate its historic houses. "The neighborhood is established and has grown in the last few years because of its proximity to highways, Grant Park and the Beltline," says Juli St George, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Intown Atlanta who moved to the city nearly two decades ago. "We are seeing developers coming to build here along with local businesses because of it." Newcomers are drawn by its easy access to the Southside BeltLine Trail, part of a larger project to connect 45 neighborhoods by 2030. Known locally as "BOHO," the neighborhood sits just south of Grant Park and near historic East Atlanta.IB program offered through Atlanta Public Schools
