Kings Forest is a suburban neighborhood in West Atlanta with access to several shopping centers
With tree-lined streets named for royals of legend like Arthur, George and James, Kings Forest lives up to its title, though there are no castles to be found. Instead, the area is appealing to the people. The suburban West Atlanta neighborhood has modest housing prices and a location near multiple shopping centers and Interstate 285. “Price point is what’s driving buyers in this area,” says Deborah Blue, a Realtor and associate broker with Keller Williams Realty ATL Midtown. “It’s about affordability and what you’re getting for your money.”

Lawns often have small bushes or trees. The community has an overall CAP Index crime score of 5 out of 10, slightly higher than the national average of 4, but with elevated scores in violent crime.
