Growing community a few miles from Downtown Auburn
A couple miles from Auburn University, Solamere offers an abundance of new homes near the heart of the city. “It’s a pretty popular neighborhood because of its proximity to a major interstate. It’s also less than 2 miles from Auburn University, so there’s a bunch of shopping, dining and entertainment nearby,” says Brent Davis, a Realtor with The Talons Group who has lived in Auburn for nearly 20 years. Though the community is relatively new —construction started in the early 2000s — it has become one of the more sought-after places to live and appeals to potential residents looking to grow roots while staying close to Auburn’s downtown area. “It’s hard to leave Auburn once you’ve lived here. It’s just a community that really loves on you, and it’s hard to get away from it once you’ve been here,” Davis says.
