That park is quite nice," says Christine Belin, an area local and Broker Associate at Evernest, LLC. "I went over one day and walked around to get photos. Meadow Hills Golf Course is a big draw to the area. It’s in close proximity to a lot of stuff, and it’s near I-25 but offset, so it’s accessible... and of course there's Cherry Creek State Park.” Visitors of Carson Park can stroll along the paved path, which partitions two small ponds and leads to a sprawling playground, which features a statue of a camel as well as three pyramids reminiscent of those in Giza. “It has a really nice little pond and playset for kids. It’s perfect for walking the dogs, and it’s nice to have a little park there.” Pedestrians can take the crosswalk on South Parker Road to reach the entrance of the 4,000-acre Cherry Creek State Park and Reservoir.
