Backyard pools and side yard gardens

The cul-de-sac streets feature large lots with fenced-in backyards, often big enough for an inground pool. Homes were built between the 70s and 90s but hold value. “Over the years, property values in this neighborhood have shown a positive trend,” Andruk says. “Making it a potentially lucrative investment for homeowners.” Styles range from brick ranch-styles with attached garages to Colonial-revival two-stories, which often include fun colors and side yard gardens. A 3-bedroom will start at around $375,000 and go as high as about $750,000. An occasional mansion estate will pop up on the market, selling in the low to high millions.
