An ideal location at the edge of the Hill Country
Situated halfway between downtown Austin and Dripping Springs is Meridian, a master-planned community that opened in 2007. Once an area dominated by cedar breaks, Meridian today is a haven for people looking for a welcoming community with boundless outdoor amenities yet still convenient to big-city amenities. “It’s a fantastic location,” says Austin Realtor and Meridian resident Nick Easley, who has represented transactions in the area for 10 years. “It’s right on the edge of the Hill Country, but it's also close to downtown Austin. And it’s five minutes from great shopping and restaurants.”
