They combine with late-century condos and apartments in a neighborhood where over half the residents are renters. “It’s a pretty mixed-use neighborhood,” says local Realtor Suzanne Valentine, who’s with Waterloo Realty and has lived in Austin for over 30 years. The homes for sale generally range from the lower $300,000s to the upper $800,000s, with renovated properties on the higher end. Most of the condos go for prices from the mid-$100,000s to the lower $200,000s, with HOA fees from $250 to just over $400 per month.
