Schools in Avon Lake include Saint Joseph Elementary School, Westview Elementary School, Redwood Elementary School, Erieview Elementary School, Eastview Elementary School, Troy Intermediate Elementary School, Learwood Middle School, and the nationally recognized Avon Lake High School.
Known as a pleasant place to call home, Avon Lake offers a number of award-winning public and private schools for kindergarten through 12th grade. There are multiple outdoor parks, playgrounds, beaches, and trails alongside a plethora of local bars, restaurants and grocery options. For employment opportunities, Avon Lake is also home to many large corporations and industries.
Commuting to and from Avon Lake is easy, with access to both Interstate 90 and U.S. Route 6 offering access to Downtown Cleveland. Avon Lake is also an extremely bikeable city, with bike lanes on every major street.
