With an A-minus from Niche, Exeter Township Senior High School offers both advanced placement and dual enrollment with Reading Area Community College. Close to Reading for shopping
Residents can drive 1-1/2 miles via backroads to go grocery shopping at Redner's Warehouse Markets. There are plenty of dining and shopping options in Reading. Exeter Commons, a 1-mile drive, has a Target and a Lowe's as well as several chain stores and restaurants like Five Below and Red Robin. "Boscov's is very popular with the locals," Williams says. Less than a mile's drive, the family-owned department store has 50 locations across the northeast.

East Penn Manufacturing and Reading Hospital are the leading employers in Reading. Though there are a couple of bus stops within walking distance — including one at Walmart, which is less than a mile away — most residents rely on their cars to commute to work. Reading is a 30-minute drive via U.S. Route 422 from Exeter. The neighborhood also has easy access to Pennsylvania Route 562. Residents must drive 16 miles to Reading Regional-Carl A. Spaatz Field International Airport.
