The gem of Bellaire is Evelyn's Park on Bellaire Boulevard, a go-to for a little bit of everything. It's a popular spot for its splash pad with lily pad-themed water features, and two playgrounds for younger and older children with a rock-climbing wall. Revitalization in Bellaire

The establishment of the Bellaire Comprehensive Plan is a revitalization announced in February 2024. The proposed plan will address issues related to commerce, flood risk, road infrastructure safety and parks. Bellaire is in Houston's 100-year flood zone, meaning a small percentage of annual flooding.
