Prices for single-family homes start at $425,000 and can fetch up to $1.25 million for stout waterfront residences. Townhouses typically range between $580,000 and $740,000. Woods says that while Ryal Side is affluent, its prices remain reasonable compared to surrounding neighborhoods. “It’s not the most expensive part of town, but it’s still very desirable,” she says.
