Maple Grove is a small suburban neighborhood in Birmingham’s Airport Hills community, comprising just over 300 acres. Korney Cupboard is the only retailer in the neighborhood, but larger storefronts are just 3 miles away along Parkway East. Another fast food option is Milo’s, a Central Alabama chain that serves hamburgers and is known for its signature sauce and sweet tea. The Maple Grove Neighborhood Association meets on the 1st Monday of every month at the Brownsville Heights Community Center. Crafts and locally sourced produce are sold from East Lake Farmer’s Market vendors, hosted at the East Lake United Methodist Church every Saturday.
