Families come for the convenience but stay for the community
A North Pointe resident for more than thirty years, Karen Hage says the neighborhood’s convenient location attracts families and its friendly community keeps people there. The friendliness of neighbors, Hage says, is the most unique thing about North Pointe. “A lot of people come in and raise their families, then there will be a new wave of young families come in,” Hage says. “But we live in a cul-de-sac, and only one house has changed over since we’ve lived there.” Though the neighborhood is strictly residential, it is surrounded by shopping and dining options.
