Resort-style amenities just west of Boca Raton
Just west of Boca Raton, Boca Pointe is an expansive 1,000-acre community that offers some of South Florida’s best amenities. In addition to being a few miles from Boca Raton’s beaches and downtown area, the community is home to The Club at Boca Pointe, a resort-style country club. Boca Pointe residents don’t need to be members of the country club to live in the community, but many members take advantage of the added perks, including a championship golf course and numerous social events. “Living there was one of the best experiences I've had,” says Eric Levy, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker and former Boca Pointe resident. “The homeowners association really stays on top of things, and the community is always well-maintained.”

Levy says the housing variety leads to a range of how long houses stay on the market. “Some houses can sit on the market for 100 days, while others are snapped up in just one,” Levy says.
