Oceanfront living in East Boca
Boca Raton Riviera combines luxury living with easy oceanfront access. Located on the eastern edge of Boca Raton, minutes away from the shoreline, this waterfront community offers an array of upscale, custom-built homes. The community is also minutes from Downtown Boca, which is lined with entertainment options, restaurants and an array of shops. “It’s in a limited space, so it’s a coveted place to live. A lot of people have held homes there for multiple generations. They love the access to the beach. Some people are seasonal, but a lot are here year-round,” says Jared Niles, broker and owner of Tangent Realty and native of Boca Raton.
Upscale multimillion dollar estates
Boca Raton Riviera is about as close to the water as Boca Raton gets, a perk that raises home prices in the neighborhood. Single-family homes typically start at $2 million but can run up to $21 million for estates along a channel of Lake Boca Raton. However, home prices are comparable to nearby communities like the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. Prospective residents can find everything from spacious ranch homes to custom-built properties. Condos typically cost between $1 million and $3 million, depending on square footage.
Many upscale multimillion dollar estates can be found on the intracoastal side of Boca Raton Riviera.
Many homes in Boca Raton Riviera offer private pools and boat docks.

Easy oceanfront access
One of the neighborhood’s biggest draws is the proximity to the ocean. South Beach Park is the closest park to the neighborhood, spanning over 24 acres of sandy shores. The park is a prime surfing spot with its steady flow of waves. Nearby Red Reef Park has a snorkel trail that features over a dozen artificial reefs. “The beaches are well kept by the city. They’re lifeguarded and well-maintained and within walking distance for many residents,” Niles says. Yacht owners can join the Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, which can dock vessels up to 130 feet.
