Two golf courses, an aquatic center and Moonstone Spa
The county club features not one, but two 18-hole golf courses within the community. The old course has over 80 bunkers and a 300-yard driving range, while the new championship course has an academy where PGA professionals provide on-site instruction. There are over 20 tennis courts, four pickleball courts and a basketball half-court at the community clubhouse. The aquatic center has swimming pools, water slides and a playground with a splash pad and a jungle gym. Many club members also visit the Moonstone Spa for its hot tubs, steam rooms and new 7,000-square-foot fitness center. “We have all of the facilities for massages, manicures and pedicures," Schaevitz says. “We have a beautiful gym, a little children’s play area and activities including aerobics, exercise classes and Pilates.”

Five dining options ranging from smash burgers to stir fry
There are five on-site restaurants where residents can dine at. CIRQ Grille and Bar serves prime New York strip steak and shrimp bucatini in a lounge-like setting, while Zest Restaurant offers sushi, dim sum and stir-fry. Bistro is located right by the pool area and has smash burgers, sandwiches and build-your-own pizzas, and Moonstone Cafe offers sweet treats alongside its freshly-brewed coffee beverages. 1401 East is an Italian steakhouse with panoramic views of the old golf course, serving elevated fare such as seared scallops, grilled lamb chops and lobster ravioli. There are also a few shopping centers surrounding the club with grocery stores such as Publix and The Fresh Market.

The main road loops around the community and leads into several subdivisions with roundabouts and dead ends. “We have 27 different villages,” Schaevitz says. “It’s a very large variety of small homes, villas and estates that can range from the $200,000 all the way up to the millions.” Smaller townhomes, condos and villas range between $200,000 and $400,000. Larger lakefront homes feature Mediterranean architecture and Spanish-tile roofs, and some of them also have their own gardens, palm trees and pools. Prices can range from $400,000 to upwards of $900,000. Luxurious resort-style estates come with additional features such as gated entrances, walk-in closets and private guest houses and can cost $1 million to $3.2 million.
Condos and townhomes can be found in the Broken Sound neighborhood and offer more affordable choices.

Golf tournaments, pool parties and movie nights
The club hosts many golf tournaments throughout the year. One of those is the James Hardie Pro Football Hall of Fame Invitational, which has over 70 PGA professionals competing on the old course for a grand prize of over $2 million. The club also hosts a few family-friendly events throughout the year, including pool parties, carnivals, fishing contests, cooking classes and movie nights.

Club members have access to carts that make it easy to get around on the golf courses and the main club area. There are also several bus stops to the east along North Military Trail that can take passengers to Palm Beach Gardens over 30 miles north.
