New traditional homes and split levels built in the 1990s
Gently curved residential streets weave through this community, where late 20th-century single-family homes sit on lanes and cul-de-sacs. Most of the area’s properties were originally developed by local home builders Pasquinelli Homes in the mid-1990s and share a new traditional style. Shared elements include vinyl and brick exteriors, attached garages with driveways and faux exterior shutters. Ranch homes in the community usually use a split-level floorplan, sitting alongside two-story homes with vaulted ceilings. Prices typically range between $320,000 and $510,000.
