Lily Cache homes were built between the late 1990s and early 2000s, with prices ranging from $280,000 to $670,000. Homebuyers will find condominium and single-family options here, with two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouses hitting the market for just under $300,000. Single-family houses range in style from modern traditional and craftsman-style to cozy one-story ranchers. Heading into the $500,000s, you’ll find four-bedroom arts and crafts homes with over 3,000 square feet and lake views. For shopping, residents of Lily Cache can head north on Weber Street to pick up their groceries at Meijer, Aldi or Jewel-Osco. You can also enjoy some retail therapy at big-name stores like Burlington, Target and Kohls. After running some errands, treat yourself to a meal at Buona. The greenway is home to a one-mile paved trail where folks can be found walking, biking, roller blading, and, in the winter months, cross-country skiing. Just north of the trail are the Lily Cache Sports Fields, where soccer players of all ages can practice and compete with the Bolingbrook Soccer Club.
