Residents don’t have to worry about the crowds and chaos of public beaches as 34 acres of private beachfront are available via shuttle boat. The community-maintained island is about 12 minutes away, and days on the beach are spent exploring the sandy shores or collecting seashells. Fishermen can cast a line at any of the three fishing piers throughout the neighborhood and try to catch popular gamefish, including snook or redfish. Others choose to explore the winding waters of Spring Creek via kayak or canoe. The Pelican Landing Center features 12 Har-Tru clay courts. The community also offers pickleball courts, fitness centers and two bocce courts. The Nest Golf Club and The Colony Golf & Country Club are available for residents to join and offer three 18-hole golf courses that wind throughout the neighborhood. The Pelican Landing-owned Coconut Point Marina is around 3 miles away and provides numerous ways to enjoy the waters of Estero Bay, from complimentary sailing lessons to boat slips.Spanish-Revival estates with golf course views
