Gated Community centered around golf

It is hard in Florida to stand out as a golfing community, but Talis Park has managed this feat by giving prospective homebuyers the chance to bypass years-long waiting lists and jump right on the greens after moving in. “Golf is one of the most attractive aspects of Talis Park,” says Douglas Treadwell, broker-owner of Blue Ocean Real Estate. “One buyer I had wanted a condo because once he purchased it, he could skip the waitlist altogether.” Golf may draw people in, but the various luxury housing options encourage them to stay – and the access to highly rated public schools creates a great incentive for families as well. And residents are never from the sandy beaches and vibrant shopping areas of downtown Naples under 16 miles away.

Golf is the name of the game

The 18-hole golf course is the crown jewel of the neighborhood. One hundred thirty-three acres of pristine greenways and water features winds through scenic Florida landscapes. “The golf course was recently completely renovated with new grassing and new drainage,” Treadwell says. “It’s a very fun layout and an above-average golf course for the area.” Members also have access to an indoor trackman Golf Simulator to improve their swings. Beyond the fairways, Talis Park offers numerous other recreational amenities to residents. Recreational sports such as tennis and pickleball are popular, and the resort-style pool provides a nice spot to wind down. The community is under 10 miles from the sandy beaches of the Florida coastline.

Homes straight out of a Tuscan Village

Talis Park’s newer construction emanates images of a Tuscan village. “Theres a very unique style with Spanish and Mediterranean influences,” Treadwell says. “The lake section of the neighborhood with condos kind of looks like Venice.” Resort-style coach homes and high-rise condos are available for those looking for a multifamily option, while homebuyers looking for a vacation getaway may consider waterfront builds with an island contemporary style. Palm trees are widespread, and lawns with lush Florida landscaping are prevalent. Around 60% of the residents are seasonal, but most own their properties. Luxury penthouses begin pricing for $1.5 million, while single-family residences range from $2 million to $15 million. Two new neighborhoods, Isola Bella and Fairgrove, have been under construction and are now available.
