Indian Spring offers several subdivisions, including Greenspointe, Brookside, Evian, the Hampton Fairways and the Glades. Spanish Eclectic architecture, open floor plans and screened-in porches dominate the neighborhood’s residential style, originally designed in the 1980s and 90s. "Boynton Beach is a little more affordable than Delray Beach,” Rison explains. “Some people are moving here because of that."
