Nestled in Boynton's quiet suburbia

Close to Interstate 95 and right off one of Palm Beach County's main thoroughfares lies an array of gated and open communities on the west side of Boynton Beach. "I lived nearby, off of Gateway and Lawrence, for 12 years," says Brett Colby, Realtor with RE/MAX Direct. "I would consider that area very central to Boynton Beach. It's convenient to everything, from Boynton Beach Boulevard to Congress Avenue, from Hypoluxo Road to Woolbright Road—Target, Publix, restaurants, the mall."
