"I grew up down in Broward County, and there's less congestion here and it's quieter. People are moving here because of some new development—they're building newer homes and shopping plazas."

Officer Joseph Crowder Park and Dog Park is optimal for families and their four-legged friends. This hub has two dog runs for large and small pups, and a relaxing walkway loops around the lake. According to Elbertson, many canals encircle Old Boynton that people go fishing and boating in, such as the C. Stanley Weaver Canal, which folks can access directly via the public boat ramp at Pioneer Canal Park.
