"I am always seeing people outside," says Lauren Bevans, a Realtor with Sutter & Nugent who lives in the area. "We're always active, it's great. There are sidewalks everywhere and little walking trails." Compared to other predominately multifamily residential areas, Dihel says, "The quality of life is above average; it's very nice. From my experience, property management is thorough and attentive." As for pricing, a one-bedroom condominium in Renaissance Commons can cost around $250,000, according to Dihel. Larger homes, such as three or four-bedroom townhouses, range between $400,000 and $500,000.
