Resort-style living in Renaissance Commons
Sitting just northeast of Boynton Beach Mall is the Renaissance Commons Community Development District—a residential enclave that promotes resort-style South Florida living. The C. Stanley Weaver Canal traces past this stretch, granting waterfront access even closer to home than the already-nearby Intracoastal Waterway and shoreline. "You'll find mostly condos and apartments in a very convenient spot," says Claudiu Dihel, a former Renaissance Commons resident and Realtor with Elite Sales Group. "You're pretty much 30 seconds away from the main highway and six minutes to the beach. The whole area is excellent when it comes to shopping and food, lots of places in walking distance."
