Coldwater Crossing residents live in townhouses and condos selling for $260,000 to $470,000 or Colonial Revival single-family homes selling for $530,000 to $760,000, with monthly HOA fees ranging from just under $100 to just under $200. Manufactured homes built in the 1970s through 2010s in the Green Acres community sell for $16,000 to $110,000 coupled with monthly HOA fees of nearly $1,000 which goes toward property maintenance and community amenities like the pool, basketball courts and clubhouse.
