Pugsley Creek Park stretches nearly 84 acres on the southern edge of the neighborhood along Westchester Creek. The park, which also features a baseball field, connects to Castle Hill Park on the neighborhood’s southern tip, also known as Castle Hill Point. Drivers also have options: “You can get to all the places you need to go from Castle Hill because the 95 is there,” says Mcfadden. Castle Hill residents can access a diverse mix of dining options. Castle Hill Avenue is home to Shore Haven Diner, which offers a wide variety of dishes, including omelets, salads and steaks. North of the neighborhood, restaurants serve Bangladeshi and Dominican fare, while Neerob Restaurant offers Bengali specialties near Parkchester. North of Bruckner Boulevard, Juices for Life blends healthy smoothies and Jimmy’s Grand Cuisine invites locals in for Latin American and American cuisine. Groceries can be found at the large ShopRite of Bruckner Boulevard in the Shops at Bruckner shopping center, which also includes Marshalls and Old Navy.
