A burgeoning suburb with dedicated residents
The Atlanta suburb of Brookhaven Fields lies within the relatively new city of Brookhaven, which formed out of North Atlanta in 2012. This community of varied home styles and diligently maintained parks is the kind of place where large, million-dollar new builds sit next to small 1950s ranch-style homes. The neighborhood is also home to an enthusiastic civic association that keeps residents connected through their events, meetings, and website.
Briarwood Park offers well-kept amenities, such as two tennis courts for Brookhaven Fields visitors to enjoy.
Close to the city yet rich in its own culture, Brookhaven Fields is a sought-after neighborhood of Brookhaven.

Multimillion-dollar builds next to established ranch-style homes
Housing here consists of condos and townhouses on the eastern side and single-family homes to the west. Two-bedroom condos typically go for around $300,000 and three-bedroom townhouses are listed at $500,000-$650,000. HOA dues run $200-$400 monthly. Single-family homes cover a spectrum of sizes and styles. Overall, prices range from the mid-$500,000s to more than $2 million depending on the size and age of the house. "It's technically an older neighborhood with some houses torn down to make new ones," says Kelly Chancy, a real estate agent with Keller Williams Buckhead. "You have the maturity of an older neighborhood, but every home is uniquely different, and there's charm to that." Smooth, shady sidewalks line the streets. Some homeowners have fences, but many rely on bushes and trees for privacy, as homes can be tightly packed. Dedicated parking is common among most homes in Brookhaven Fields. Condo complexes have surface lots, and nearly all single-family homes have driveways.
